  Freedom of Association
 Our lawyers Mr. Bill Cline and Mr. Ed W. Claxton have
 advised that the Canadian Constitution proposes a
 Freedom of Association clause, and no supervisors
 should be afraid of reprisals from the company for
 joining the Association.

 Accountability Contract
 We are being advised by our attorneys, Mr. Bill Cline
 and Mr. Ed W. Claxton not to sign the accountability 
 contracts.  The Association is dealing with it presently.
